Specialist review for adults with mild to moderate depression, anxiety, or low mood that hasn't responded to first-line GP management. We assess, clarify diagnosis, and provide a clear treatment plan you and your GP can follow.

Independent psychiatric review of your current psychiatric medications. We assess effectiveness, side effects, interactions, and whether your regimen still fits your diagnosis and stage of treatment.

For high-functioning adults experiencing burnout, chronic work stress, or functional decline. We clarify what's driving it, screen for underlying conditions, and build a recovery and return-to-work plan.

Second-opinion or specialist review when the diagnosis is unclear or multiple conditions overlap. Useful when ADHD, anxiety, depression, or trauma symptoms blur together.

Structured handover back to your GP after stabilisation. We provide a clear shared-care plan, prescribing handover, and review schedule so ongoing care stays with your GP.
