Your name, contact details, GP and referrer details, Medicare or insurance information, and the health information needed to provide your care (medical history, mental health history, medications, assessment results, and clinical notes).

To provide psychiatric assessment and treatment, communicate with your GP, process Medicare and insurance claims, and meet our legal and professional obligations.

Your nominated GP, our secure clinical software providers, Medicare/DVA and your health fund (for claiming), and other treating clinicians where clinically necessary — with your consent. We never sell or share your information for marketing.

We may not be able to safely assess or treat you, or to claim Medicare rebates on your behalf.
