About this service

Specialist burnout & work stress review.

Specialist psychiatric review for high-functioning adults in Newcastle experiencing burnout, chronic work stress or functional decline — by secure video, on AEST / AEDT. We clarify what's driving it, screen for underlying conditions and build a recovery and return-to-work plan with you and your New South Wales GP.

Appointments run on AEST / AEDT and are scheduled to suit working Newcastle adults. You'll be seen by an AHPRA-registered psychiatrist; the written assessment goes back to your referring GP so care stays joined-up across New South Wales.

Any AHPRA-registered Australian GP can refer you. Your Newcastle GP referral is nationally valid.

  2. Step 02

    Pre-assessment screening

We send validated screeners and a brief history form before the appointment, so the session is focused.

    Specialist video assessment

Specialist video appointment on AEST / AEDT, with an AHPRA-registered psychiatrist.

  4. Step 04

Plan sent to you and your GP
